Aldar Achieves AED 1.3 Billion Sales With Yas Living Sell-Out At Launch

Aldar has announced the complete sell-out of Yas Living shortly after its launch, with sales exceeding AED1.3 billion. Situated on the northeast side of Yas Island and overlooking the canal, this development is part of Aldar's 'living collection' in one of Abu Dhabi's lively lifestyle areas.

The project attracted a wide range of customers due to its bold urban design, vibrant amenities, and prime location near Yas Mall, Yas Central Park, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World, and Yas Marina Circuit. Expatriates and international buyers made up 65% of the sales, with significant interest from UAE, China, Jordan, India, and UK buyers.

Notably, 65% of the buyers were under 45 years old, indicating a strong demand among younger people for modern homes in community-focused settings on Yas Island. Additionally, 71% were first-time Aldar customers, highlighting the company's success in expanding its customer base.

Yas Living consists of 678 apartments spread across three buildings. It offers a variety of homes from studios to three-bedroom units with options for light or dark interior themes. Each building features exclusive amenities such as adult and kids’ pools, a cinema room, zen garden, multi-function games room, kids’ play areas, and a fully equipped gym with a power room.

The rapid sell-out underscores Yas Island's growing reputation as an attractive destination within the UAE. The development's success reflects both Abu Dhabi's status as a global investment hub and Aldar's effective strategy in creating appealing communities for diverse demographics.
