Al-Turath Foundation Celebrates King Salman's Dedication With New Book Launch On National Day
The Al-Turath Foundation recently unveiled the book "King Salman" in conjunction with the 94th National Day celebrations. The event took place at the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) in Dhahran. Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, a special advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and founder of Al-Turath Foundation, was present. Eng. Amin H. Nasser, President and CEO of Saudi Aramco, also attended alongside numerous guests.
Prince Sultan highlighted that King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was the first to review this significant publication. He noted that the book's launch on National Day honours King Salman's lifelong dedication to serving the nation. The book captures King Salman's interactions with citizens at his office in Al-Hukm Palace, Riyadh, reflecting his close ties with the people.

Since ascending to the throne, King Salman has worked tirelessly for national security and development. Prince Sultan emphasized King Salman's determination and courage in overcoming obstacles for progress. The book sheds light on King Salman's social and humanitarian contributions and his commitment to defending Saudi Arabia against threats.
The publication also highlights the transformative projects currently underway in Saudi Arabia. Prince Sultan praised Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for engaging with youth and steering the country towards visible progress. This forward-looking approach is consistent with past leaders like King Abdulaziz, whose vision has benefited today's Kingdom.
The book is an initiative by Al-Turath Foundation, sponsored by Saudi Aramco. A dedicated team from both organisations collaborated to document King Salman's life through photographs. It covers his upbringing, leadership roles, global presence, and achievements across various fields including culture and economy.
Over a year was spent producing this comprehensive work involving experts and institutions. Available in Arabic and English, it includes an interactive digital edition as well. The book features more than 500 photographs selected from over 10,000 images to ensure precise documentation.
