Al Rasikhoon Real Estate Launches Property Exhibition Showcasing Key Projects In Sharjah

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate has opened its property exhibition at the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre in Sharjah. Khalifa Sultan bin Hareb Al Mheiri, the General Manager of Al Rasikhoon Real Estate, inaugurated the event. Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Business Group at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was also present.

The exhibition is scheduled for 9th and 10th December, welcoming visitors from 09:00 to 21:00. The opening ceremony attracted government officials, real estate experts, and investors. This highlights Sharjah’s increasing attractiveness as a prime investment hub due to its advanced infrastructure and strategic connectivity.

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate presented four significant projects in Sharjah. Al Qasimiya Gate 1 is located on Dubai–Hatta Road near Al Madam. It offers ready-to-use infrastructure with operational facilities and various industrial and commercial plots available for freehold ownership by all nationalities.

Al Qasimiya Gate 2 builds upon the first project by offering a broader mix of land uses. It supports commercial and industrial activities along with workforce accommodation. The project benefits from organised road networks and service infrastructure.

The exhibition also featured Al Saja’a Line within Emirates Industrial City near Emirates Road and Al Dhaid Road. This development provides fully serviced plots suitable for diverse industrial activities. Additionally, Al Saja’a Al Namuzajiyah was introduced, showcasing advanced industrial solutions that bolster Sharjah’s economic growth.

Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi expressed satisfaction with participating in the exhibition. He stated, "We are pleased to be part of this exhibition, which reflects the growing role of national developers in supporting Sharjah’s economic and urban progress."
