Al Masaood Automobiles Sets Up New Spare Parts Centre In KEZAD To Boost Service Efficiency

In a significant move for the automotive sector in Abu Dhabi, Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi—KEZAD Group has entered into a lease agreement with Al Masaood Automobiles. This partnership allocates 12,000 sqm of warehousing space within KEZAD Logistics Park Phase 5 to Al Masaood Automobiles, earmarked as their spare parts logistics centre. This collaboration underscores the expanding footprint of Al Masaood Automobiles in the region, a company that has been a cornerstone in Abu Dhabi's automotive market for over forty years.

Al Masaood Automobiles is renowned for its comprehensive network of advanced service centres and extensive spare parts outlets, which have set benchmarks in the automotive industry. The new logistics centre in KEZAD is poised to further enhance their operational capabilities and service offerings.

Mohamed Al Khader Al Ahmed, CEO of Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi – KEZAD Group, highlighted the importance of the mobility sector to the Abu Dhabi economy. He expressed optimism about the growth prospects this partnership brings, noting, "seeing an established name like Al Masaood continuing to expand in this sector is an encouraging sign for the industry."

From his perspective, Irfan Tansel, CEO of Al Masaood Automobiles, emphasized the strategic benefits of leveraging KEZAD's state-of-the-art facilities. He pointed out that this move would enable Al Masaood Automobiles to better serve their customers by streamlining operations, thus ensuring increased availability and faster delivery of spare parts.

KEZAD Logistics Park Phase 5 stands out as a cluster of Grade A, temperature-controlled industrial warehouse facilities. These warehouses are designed with modern specifications and offer various configurations to meet client needs while enhancing logistics efficiency. The park's strategic location and multimodal connectivity through sea, land, and air significantly contribute to its appeal as a logistics hub. Its proximity to Khalifa Port, which hosts dedicated terminals for three of the world's five largest shipping companies, Abu Dhabi International Airport, and the upcoming rail network positions KEZAD as a prime choice for companies aiming for efficient market reach within the country and internationally.
