Al Jalila Foundation Forms Strategic Partnerships To Enhance Healthcare Through Philanthropy
Al Jalila Foundation recently held its annual donor recognition event, where it signed strategic agreements with five charitable organisations in the UAE. These partnerships, supported by H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, aim to enhance healthcare services for vulnerable groups and support medical education and research.
Dr. Amer Al Zarooni, CEO of Al Jalila Foundation, formalised these partnerships with key figures from various charitable organisations. The signatories included Dr. Raja Easa Al Gurg from Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation and Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi from Dar Al Ber Society. Others were Ahmed Ibrahim Al Suwaidi of Dubai Charity Association, Dr. Ahmed Tahlek of Tarahum Charity Foundation, and Abdeen Taher Al Awadhi from Beit Al Khair Society.

The agreements focus on delivering essential healthcare services and supporting scientific research in the UAE. Dr. Al Zarooni emphasised that these collaborations ensure critical medical care reaches those most in need, strengthening Dubai's role as a leader in philanthropy.
Aligning with National Visions
Abdullah Al Falasi noted that the partnership reflects the UAE's commitment to advanced medical care and social responsibility. H.E. Ahmed Al Suwaidi mentioned that this collaboration aligns with Dubai's strategy to enhance humanitarian efforts and create lasting impacts.
Community Health Initiatives
Dr. Ahmed Tahlek highlighted the agreement's role in developing community health initiatives for families facing severe illnesses. Abdeen Al Awadhi added that these efforts embody the UAE's vision of prioritising public health and compassion.
The strategic agreements will fund initiatives like A’awen, The Child Fund, Wellness on Wheels, Ta’alouf, and Majlis Al Amal. By pooling resources, these programmes aim to improve lives across the UAE effectively.
These partnerships represent a significant step towards enhancing healthcare services and supporting vulnerable communities in the UAE through collaborative philanthropy.
