Al Bader Award Celebrated As Guest Of Honour At Fez Calligraphy Festival

The Al Bader Award has been chosen as the Guest of Honour at the ninth Fez International Festival of Arabic Calligraphy Art and Ornamentation. This event will take place in Morocco from 28th to 30th June 2024, under the theme "Ambassador".

The festival is organised by the Chameleon Association of Fine Arts, with backing from Morocco’s Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication. The event aims to highlight the rich tradition of Arabic calligraphy and ornamentation.

The Al Bader Award is held biennially under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah. It is recognised as a leading award in its field, celebrating the love for Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and promoting Islamic values.

The Fez International Festival honoured the Office of H.H. Crown Prince of Fujairah, represented by its Director, Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi. This recognition reflects appreciation for efforts made to elevate the Award’s status both regionally and globally.
