3rd Edition Of Al Bader Award Commences To Celebrate Love For Prophet Muhammad
Under the esteemed patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the third edition of the Al Bader Award has been officially announced. This initiative, a cornerstone of the Al Bader Initiative, is designed to celebrate and spread the love for Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), aiming to instill his affection and highlight his life's teachings and wisdom. The award plays a pivotal role in disseminating the noble Sunnah of the Prophet and promoting its tolerant teachings across society, with a special focus on engaging the youth and children.
The Al Bader Award encompasses both local and international categories, catering to a wide array of participants. The local competition is segmented into groups A (6-10 years), B (11-17 years), and Youth (18-30 years), with poetry and multimedia categories exclusively available for the Youth segment. On the international front, the award opens its doors to participants of all ages and nationalities, encouraging a global dialogue on Islamic principles and the Prophet's teachings. Since its inception, the award has stood as a beacon for Islamic values, inspiring individuals worldwide through creative expression.

Participants are invited to express their admiration and devotion through five creative categories: Poetry, Arabic Calligraphy, Painting, Multimedia, and the newly introduced Miniature Art. Each category offers participants a unique avenue to explore and depict the life and achievements of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The deadline for submissions is set for 15 October 2024, providing ample time for creatives to craft their entries.
The support from the Crown Prince of Fujairah underscores the significance of this initiative in fostering cultural and religious awareness. The Al Bader Award has rapidly emerged as a leading Arab cultural initiative in the UAE, celebrating prophetic values and Islamic principles. It not only offers a platform for showcasing talent but also ensures participants receive recognition and expert guidance.
Highlighting the success of this initiative, winning and finalist entries will be exhibited at the prestigious 'Al Bader Exhibition' during the Al Bader Festival in December 2024. This exhibition provides an unparalleled opportunity for participants to showcase their work on a grand stage. Additionally, all participants will be honored with certificates of appreciation from the award administration, marking their contribution to this cultural celebration.
