Al-Ahsa is one of 350 UNESCO Creative Cities globally, celebrated for its historical contributions to crafts and folk art. Its membership in this network was achieved with the support of Al-Ahsa Municipality. This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, promoting culture and creativity as sustainable development pillars.

Al-Ahsa Showcases Cultural Heritage in Italy

During the event, Al-Ahsa's Mayor Essam Al-Mulla led the delegation. He highlighted the municipality's efforts to empower artisans through innovative programs. These initiatives include creating spaces for traditional crafts and involving artisans in festivals and cultural events.
