The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is promoting investment opportunities through its remote sales service and "Own in Ajman" package. These initiatives are designed to attract investors by offering convenient ways to invest in the emirate's real estate market.

Ajman Free Media Zone has introduced its fully digital "One Click" platform aimed at entrepreneurs. This platform simplifies business processes, making it easier for entrepreneurs to establish their ventures in Ajman.

Engaging Global Producers

Ajman TV and Studios are engaging with major international producers to encourage filming in the emirate. This initiative aims to boost Ajman's profile as a desirable location for film production, attracting global attention to its unique landscapes and facilities.

Mohammed Abdullah Al Kaabi, CEO of the Ajman Government Media Office, stated that their participation reflects Ajman's vision to strengthen its global media presence. He emphasised sharing the Ajman Vision 2030 with industry leaders worldwide.

Amal Al Baloushi, Director of Media Development, noted that their involvement underscores a commitment to advancing content creation. She highlighted enhancing Ajman's presence locally and internationally through innovative media capabilities that reflect the emirate’s identity and ambitions.
