Ajman Chamber And Factory Group Explore New Avenues For Export Development
The Ajman Chamber recently convened with its member factories to explore export growth and entry into new international markets. The discussion also covered participation in both local and global exhibitions, seizing opportunities for forums with foreign delegations, and considering members’ suggestions for enhancing the Chamber's services and initiatives.
The meeting highlighted the necessity of diversifying industrial sector work groups based on activities and products. This is particularly important given the significant number of industrial establishments in Ajman. Attendees emphasised the value of factory owners participating in targeted exhibitions and collaborating to organise joint delegations under the Ajman Chamber's umbrella.

Salem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the Ajman Chamber, Mohamed Ali Al Janahi, Executive Director of the Member Support Services Sector, along with various factory owners and officials attended the meeting. Also present were Jamila Kajoor, Director of Member Relations and Support, and Mohamed Al Muhairi, Head of Members’ Quality of Life Department at Ajman Chamber.
Al Janahi stressed the importance of the Ajman Chamber’s work groups in providing innovative solutions to challenges. He noted their role in strengthening relations between the Chamber, government agencies, and private sector establishments. "Ajman Chamber seeks to intensify the meetings of its working groups with the aim of providing a sustainable platform for direct communication between its members and government agencies," he added.
Jamila Kajoor confirmed that the Ajman Chamber is committed to diversifying work groups across various fields such as industry, construction, real estate, trade, healthcare, education, finance, entrepreneurship, and tourism. She explained that these efforts align with Ajman Vision 2030 by enhancing work groups' roles in overcoming challenges and contributing to business environment development.
Strategic Initiatives for Economic Development
The meeting also recommended increasing participation in targeted exhibitions by factory owners. Cooperation was encouraged to organise joint delegations under the Ajman Chamber's guidance. These initiatives aim to foster a participatory approach that opens channels for cooperation and experience exchange among members.
The attendees underscored the significance of these strategic initiatives in modernising economic and trade policies. They believe that such efforts will positively impact economic development within Ajman by ensuring continuous dialogue between members and government bodies.
The gathering concluded with a consensus on continuing efforts to diversify work groups according to specific activities and products. This approach aims to address challenges more effectively while promoting sustainable economic growth within Ajman's industrial sector.
