Ajman Chamber Engages With BCAGC Delegation From Georgia To Enhance Economic Cooperation
The Ajman Chamber recently hosted a delegation from the Chamber of Business in Asian & Gulf Countries (BCAGC), Georgia. The meeting aimed to explore economic cooperation, strengthen bilateral ties, and identify new opportunities for trade and investment across various sectors. Discussions also included plans for organising specialised joint events and business forums.
Ali Rashid Al Kaitoob, Executive Director of the Studies and Investment Development Sector, welcomed the delegation at the Ajman Chamber's headquarters. He was joined by Aisha Al Nuaimi, Director of the Investment and Business Promotion Department, and Fatima Yaqoub, Head of the Investment Attraction Section. The BCAGC delegation featured David Tsirdava, First Vice President, and Abdul Rahman Al Shuaibat.

Al Kaitoob highlighted Ajman's commitment to expanding international partnerships. He praised Georgia's unique opportunities and presented Ajman's competitive advantages for investors. These include robust infrastructure, ease of doing business, and a diversified economy. His presentation underscored Ajman's appeal as an investment destination.
He stated, "The Ajman Chamber seeks to implement an agenda of joint meetings and gatherings with various regional and international economic entities, in support of achieving its goals in alignment with Ajman Vision 2030. These efforts aim to promote investment opportunities within the emirate, enhance inter-trade volumes, and broaden economic partnerships, ultimately attracting more high-quality projects and creating a dynamic and investor-friendly environment, particularly in priority sectors such as industry, tourism, education, innovation, real estate, and construction."
The Georgian delegation shared insights into BCAGC - Georgia's activities and services. They highlighted key investment opportunities in Georgia's agriculture, tourism, and industry sectors. The delegation expressed interest in strengthening ties with Ajman's business community through visits and joint events.
The discussions emphasised mutual benefits from enhanced cooperation between Ajman and Georgia. Both parties are keen on fostering stronger economic relations that could lead to increased trade volumes and investments in priority sectors.
