AIM Congress 2025 To Address Global Manufacturing, Future Cities, And Digital Economy Innovations
The 14th AIM Congress, scheduled from 7th to 9th November 2025, will delve into innovations across global manufacturing, future cities, and the digital economy. This event reflects a worldwide shift towards economic transformation and digital integration among humans, machines, and systems. The goal is to enhance production, improve efficiency, and offer smart solutions.
The Global Manufacturing portfolio, themed "From 4.0 to 5.0: Leveraging Industry & Bringing Advanced Factories to Life," aims to revolutionise manufacturing performance by boosting product innovation and sustainability. It will tackle modern challenges like supply chain disruptions. With the market projected to hit US$535.5 billion by 2030, discussions will focus on accelerating innovation in advanced factories.

Under the theme "Creating Cities of Tomorrow," the Future Cities portfolio will prioritise green infrastructure and smart transportation. It aims to develop sustainable urban environments that address social and environmental challenges while promoting inclusive growth. This aligns with UN projections that predict an additional 2.5 billion people will reside in cities by 2050.
Digital Economy Transformation
The Digital Economy portfolio, themed "Embracing Digital Transformation," will spotlight digital technologies' role in transforming economies. It will explore creating new opportunities and improving interactions among individuals and businesses. As IoT devices are expected to grow from 16 billion in 2023 to 39 billion by 2029, discussions will support transitioning to a digitally-enabled economy.
AIM Congress will feature exhibitions, panel discussions, keynote addresses, workshops, and networking sessions across all three portfolios. Participants can explore the latest technologies, gain insights, network with peers, and enhance career prospects through these activities.
As global manufacturing, future cities, and the digital economy gain traction, AIM Congress discussions aim to align innovative practices with real-world applications across these portfolios. This triad is essential for navigating complexities today while promoting sustainability and operational efficiency.
An initiative of the AIM Global Foundation, AIM Congress 2025 will host high-level meetings covering eight key portfolios: Foreign Direct Investment, Global Trade, Startups and Unicorns, Future Cities, Future Finance, Global Manufacturing, Digital Economy, and Entrepreneurs.
These initiatives collectively aim to foster a robust ecosystem at AIM Congress 2025. The event is set to be pivotal in shaping the future of these critical sectors globally by promoting inclusivity and sustainability across industries.
