AgroFood Jeddah Exhibition To Showcase Innovations In Agriculture And Food Industries

The Jeddah International Agriculture and Food Exhibition, known as AgroFood Jeddah, will take place from December 3 to 5 at the Jeddah Center for Exhibitions and Events. Sponsored by the Agricultural Development Fund (ADF), this event will display products and investment opportunities in agriculture and food industries. It will also feature the latest technologies and innovations in these sectors.

Local and international agricultural companies are set to participate in this exhibition. According to Habib Abdullah Al-Shammari, ADF's spokesperson, the event is a platform for companies and investors involved in agricultural, animal, and fish-related activities. It allows experts from around the world to gather, share knowledge, and explore investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia's agricultural sector.

This year's edition aims to introduce new products, technologies, and solutions across various sectors such as nurseries, garden supplies, and equipment. Al-Shammari stated: "The fund will participate as a sponsor and will have a pavilion to showcase its financing programs and online services, providing financial consultations to visitors, including farmers, investors, and those interested in the agricultural sector." This involvement underscores the fund's commitment to supporting innovation within the industry.

A specialized workshop will be held on December 4 by the fund in collaboration with agricultural experts. This workshop will focus on the fund's role in financing agriculture. The pavilion will highlight support for various activities like greenhouses, poultry projects, aquaculture, sustainable rural development programs, modern technologies in agriculture, processing plants, and marketing centers.
