ADJD Allocates AED 34 Million In Financial Aid For Insolvent Individuals In 2024

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has provided AED34 million in financial aid during 2024. This assistance was directed towards individuals facing insolvency in civil, commercial, and rental cases, as well as inmates in correctional facilities who are financially distressed. The initiative is part of ADJD's commitment to social responsibility and aims to promote societal stability.

Financial aid covered payments for those struggling with civil and commercial debts, rental arrears, and debts of inmates to facilitate their release. Additionally, travel tickets were offered to those unable to return home after serving their sentences. This comprehensive support reflects the department's dedication to easing financial burdens on affected individuals.

ADJD's efforts align with the vision of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The focus is on promoting solidarity and community involvement.
