Advanced Technology Research Council Joins UAE University Games As Gold Sponsor To Support Young Innovators

The Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC) has become a Gold Sponsor for the first UAE University Games. Organised by Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company (ADEC), the event is in collaboration with the Ministry of Sports and the UAE School and University Sports Federation, with support from Solution+ and MBME Group. The Games aim to connect young talent across UAE universities, enhancing access to emerging innovators.

One thousand, five hundred and eighty-five students from 28 universities will participate in these Games. This initiative aligns with ATRC's goal to nurture local talent and attract top technical minds globally. The focus is on developing advanced technologies that can significantly impact society while addressing various challenges.

ATRC Sponsors UAE University Games for Youth

Basma Ahmed Abu Al Nasr, CEO of Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company, stated, "This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to fostering the next generation of talent and guiding students towards harnessing their potential for the greater good of society. Shahab Eissa Abu Shahab, Director-General of ATRC, highlighted that sponsoring the Games demonstrates their dedication to youth development. "By fostering physical well-being within a vibrant R&D ecosystem, we cultivate the mental clarity and resilience needed for groundbreaking ideas to flourish," he noted.
