ADREC Launches Innovative Digital Buy & Sell Journey For Property Transactions In Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) has introduced a pioneering digital platform for property transactions, marking a significant advancement in the region. This innovative service allows complete online real estate transactions, enhancing efficiency and security for buyers and sellers both locally and internationally.

ADREC's initiative integrates various transaction steps into a seamless online process. From mortgage release to registration, digital signing, and escrow settlements, everything is managed digitally. This service is part of the TAMM platform and uses the UAE Pass application to ensure secure document signing from anywhere globally.

The Buy & Sell service offers video-enabled ADREC Trustee participation and tamper-proof digital signatures through UAE Pass. Escrow accounts are managed by ADREC, ensuring legal enforceability and financial security. This makes Abu Dhabi the first in the region to provide a comprehensive, secure property transaction experience without borders.

Engineer Rashed Al Omaira, Acting Director General of ADREC, stated: "The launch of Buy & Sell Service is more than a technological innovation, it is a strategic leap in Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation. The user-friendly process guides participants through each step from application to closing. The TAMM platform offers both virtual and in-person meeting options for flexibility. This increased operational efficiency reduces costs and provides a smoother experience for all involved parties.
