ADNOC Distribution And Noon Join Forces To Transform Quick-Commerce Convenience In The UAE

ADNOC Distribution, the UAE's largest fuel and convenience retailer, has announced a strategic partnership with noon, a leading digital ecosystem in the Middle East. This collaboration aims to enhance last-mile delivery through AI-powered logistics. The agreement was formalised at ADNOC Distribution’s flagship Corniche service station in Abu Dhabi, attended by Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber and Mohamed Alabbar.

The partnership combines ADNOC Distribution's retail network with noon's AI-enabled logistics platform. This integration allows for smarter inventory management, personalised recommendations, and real-time route planning. Eng. Bader Saeed Al Lamki of ADNOC Distribution stated that this marks a new chapter in their transformation journey.

New noon Minutes distribution centres will be established at ADNOC service stations across the UAE. This initiative aims to reduce delivery times and expand last-mile fulfilment reach. For the first time, ADNOC Oasis products ordered via their app will be delivered by noon riders, offering seamless digital-to-doorstep service.

Faraz Khalid, CEO of noon, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration. "Our collaboration with ADNOC Distribution is a major step forward in how we redefine convenience for customers in the UAE," he said. By integrating platforms, they aim to deliver unmatched speed and reliability across the UAE.

This partnership supports ADNOC Distribution’s strategy to grow non-fuel retail and digital channels. It also aims to enhance operational efficiency through AI deployment across its business operations. The collaboration reflects a commitment to creating hyper-personalised experiences for customers through targeted recommendations via the ADNOC Rewards program.

The event showcased key initiatives highlighting ADNOC Distribution’s evolution into a tech-enabled retail leader. These include automated EV Plug + Charge, seamless Fill & Go fueling, and Click & Collect in-app ordering for ADNOC Oasis products.
