ADNOC Distribution And Landmark Group Collaborate On Major Loyalty Partnership For UAE Customers

ADNOC Distribution has announced a partnership with Landmark Group, a leading retail entity in the Middle East. This collaboration allows for seamless point conversion and redemption between ADNOC Rewards and Shukran programmes. Members of both loyalty schemes can now enjoy more benefits and choices across the UAE, enhancing their overall experience.

ADNOC Rewards points are now convertible into Shukran points, usable across Landmark Group's brands. Similarly, Shukran members can convert their points into ADNOC Rewards to access a variety of ADNOC services. This mutual flexibility aims to improve the experience for all loyalty programme participants.

ADNOC and Landmark Group Launch Loyalty Partnership

The partnership is expected to pave the way for future collaborations, including personalised offers driven by data insights. These initiatives will provide even greater value within both ecosystems. Eng. Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, remarked on the collaboration's significance: "This collaboration brings together two of the UAE’s largest and most popular loyalty programmes, reinforcing ADNOC Distribution’s commitment to creating best-in-class customer experiences."

ADNOC Rewards boasts over 2.5 million members who benefit from exclusive offers at ADNOC Oasis convenience stores and automotive services like car washes and lube changes. Additionally, members receive tailored offers from over 150 partners in sectors such as dining, leisure, and hospitality.

Shukran is the region's largest loyalty programme with 7 million members in the UAE. It connects customers with popular brands under Landmark Group. Rahul Jagtiani, Group Director of Landmark Digital, highlighted the enhanced experience for Shukran members: "At the same time, Shukran members will enjoy a more rewarding experience by converting their points into ADNOC Rewards."

In 2024, ADNOC Rewards experienced a 25% growth year-on-year, solidifying its status as the UAE's top mobility and convenience loyalty programme. On average, members spend 20% more per visit than non-members.

This strategic alliance between ADNOC Distribution and Landmark Group not only strengthens their individual offerings but also enhances customer satisfaction through increased accessibility and value in everyday transactions.
