The integration will broaden Capital Catering’s focus beyond aviation, defence, and healthcare. It will also boost production capacity with new high-quality facilities.

ADNEC Group Acquires Royal Catering Services

This acquisition aligns with ADNEC's growth strategy to target high-potential sectors. By merging with Royal Catering, ADNEC aims to handle larger contracts and serve a wider customer base. The company plans to leverage economies of scale for better efficiency and profitability.

ADNEC intends to continue expanding its catering platform both organically and through acquisitions. The goal is to capture more market share in a growing sector. Post-acquisition plans include operational improvements and technology integrations to enhance service innovation.

Bill O'Regan, CEO of Modon Holding, stated that acquiring Royal Catering strengthens their position as a leading provider in Abu Dhabi and the UAE. He noted that this move supports Modon Holding’s strategy to expand its portfolio and offer top-tier services locally.

Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, CEO of ADNEC Group, remarked that the acquisition is crucial for reinforcing ADNEC’s role in the UAE's catering and events sector. He highlighted the potential synergies between the two brands to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

Future Plans for Enhanced Services

The addition of Royal Catering allows ADNEC to explore new market opportunities while improving service quality through synergies. The partnership aims to enhance ADNEC’s ability to deliver high-quality services across various industries.

The transaction is still subject to customary closing conditions before finalisation. Once completed, it marks a significant milestone in ADNEC’s broader agenda for growth within the region.
