ADJD And Ministry Of Justice Discuss Enhancing Integration Of The Judicial System In The UAE
The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) recently hosted Mubarak Ali Al Neyadi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice. The meeting focused on boosting collaboration and sharing expertise in using advanced technologies within the judicial sector. This initiative aims to strengthen justice and uphold the rule of law in the UAE.
During his visit, Al Neyadi explored the ADJD's main building in Abu Dhabi. He was introduced to best practices for enhancing institutional performance, strategic planning, and monitoring monthly performance indicators. Additionally, he received a detailed overview of how the judicial system is managed and how transactions are efficiently completed.

Counselor Yousef Saeed Al Abri, Undersecretary of ADJD, highlighted the importance of integrating local and federal judicial institutions. He stressed developing institutional capabilities to implement best practices in the judicial field. This approach aims to maximise cooperation benefits and elevate the UAE's global competitive position.
Al Abri also emphasised the department's dedication to forming partnerships and exchanging expertise. By adopting cutting-edge technological methods and international best practices, ADJD supports development efforts across its various sectors.
Al Neyadi was briefed on ADJD's strategic plan for 2024-2026. The plan outlines qualitative objectives aimed at enhancing service quality and efficiency through modern technologies and artificial intelligence. These initiatives are designed to solidify ADJD's role as a key pillar of justice.
The visit included attending a civil marriage session at the Civil Family Court. Here, Al Neyadi reviewed digital systems used for civil marriage applications, showcasing how technology streamlines processes within the judicial framework.
