ADIPEC 2025 Concludes With Bold Agenda And USD 46 Billion In Global Energy Deals

ADIPEC 2025 concluded successfully, marking another record-breaking year. The event facilitated US$46 billion in cross-sector deals and attracted 239,709 attendees, a 17% increase from the previous year. This gathering set the agenda for the future of global energy. It also contributed an estimated US$400 million to Abu Dhabi’s economy, benefiting sectors like hospitality, tourism, and transport.

Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and ADNOC Managing Director and Group CEO, emphasised the need for US$4 trillion investment in all energy sources. He urged industry leaders to create jobs and boost economic growth through pragmatic policies and partnerships. His call for secure, diversified, lower-carbon supply was echoed by leaders throughout the week.

ADIPEC 2025 Sets Bold Energy Agenda

ADIPEC 2025 brought together international energy companies, technology leaders, financiers, and policymakers. The event strengthened its status as one of the world’s most impactful energy gatherings. Abdulmunim Al Kindy, Chairman of ADIPEC 2025, stated that ADIPEC provides a platform to advance practical solutions that harness energy for jobs and growth.

The event featured two flagship agendas: the Strategic Conference and the Technical Conference. These included over 380 sessions with more than 1,800 speakers such as ministers and C-suite executives. Over 16,000 delegates attended these conferences to discuss pressing issues in the energy sector.

Doug Burgum, Secretary of the Interior and Chairman of the National Energy Dominance Council in the USA, highlighted a critical moment where innovation intersects with national security. He noted how energy underpins both security and prosperity in unprecedented ways today.

The participation included 54 leading energy companies like ADNOC, Aramco, ExxonMobil, CNPC, Oxy, Shell, BP, Chevron, NNPC, Petronas and TotalEnergies. Emerging independents and technology innovators also joined to drive new frontiers of progress.

Technological Advancements

The Technical Conference marked its largest edition yet with 203 sessions featuring 1,420 speakers presenting tangible innovations driving energy progress. The focus was on how applied engineering transforms ambition into measurable outcomes across the global landscape.

Energy Demand

The demand for secure and sustainable energy continues rising by over two per cent annually. ADIPEC remains focused on connecting industry leaders with policymakers to forge partnerships delivering real progress globally.

Hosted by ADNOC under ‘Energy. Intelligence. Impact.’ theme; ADIPEC championed delivering more energy from diverse sources with lower carbon intensity responsibly meeting rising demands worldwide.

Future Prospects

ADIPEC welcomed high-level delegations from emerging economies underscoring its influence as a platform for government-to-government dialogue. Participation from 172 countries reaffirmed UAE’s role as a global hub for energy partnerships.

The Finance Programme highlighted strategic capital deployment accelerating system-wide transformation unlocking long-term prosperity through policy innovation at ADIPEC.

The show floor showcased new technology partnerships demonstrating intelligent systems reshaping operations accelerating decarbonisation meeting AI-driven economies' power demand transforming global landscapes creating pathways for growth.

Diversity Leadership Development programmes emphasised intelligence's importance reflecting shared understanding resilience depends on smarter systems foresight collaboration across sectors today.
