ADFW 2025: Global Financial Leaders To Discuss Impact Of New Technologies On Future Of Finance
Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Finance Week (ADFW) 2025 is set to be a major event in the financial world. Hosted by ADGM, the international financial centre of Abu Dhabi, this gathering will take place from 8th to 11th December 2025. It promises to bring together influential thinkers, investors, and policymakers.
More than 300 global leaders, representing firms with over US$60 trillion in assets, are confirmed as speakers. This surpasses last year's ADFW, which featured firms with US$42.5 trillion in assets under management. The event will explore how emerging technologies are shaping finance's future.

The impressive lineup includes returning figures like Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi, Chairman of ADDED and ADGM; H.R.H. Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud; Ray Dalio; and Clare Woodman. New speakers include Harvey Schwartz of Carlyle and Marc Randolph of Netflix, among others.
This year's theme, ‘Engineering the Capital Network’, highlights how technologies like AI and quantum computing are transforming finance. It also reflects Abu Dhabi's evolving role from a capital exporter to a hub for global capital flows.
The opening ceremony is scheduled for 8th December 2025, followed by a Gala Dinner on the same day. Attendees can participate in key events such as the Abu Dhabi Economic Forum (ADEF), Asset Abu Dhabi, Fintech Abu Dhabi, RESOLVE, and the Abu Dhabi Sustainable Finance Forum (ADSFF).
Additional forums include the Global Financial Regulators Summit and Blockchain Abu Dhabi. New forums debuting this year include the New Energy Finance summit with CNBC International and Google's Finance & Technology Summit (GtFT).

Ahmed Jasim Al Zaabi commented on ADFW’s significance: "100 days to ADFW and an outstanding lineup of world-class speakers representing trillions of dollars are already confirmed. This highlights how the event has become a dynamic platform where capital connects and where key issues impacting the future of finance will be discussed at the highest level."
Further announcements regarding additional speakers, partners, and agenda details are expected soon. The event underscores Abu Dhabi's status as a leading financial hub.
The conference will also feature new summits like the Private Credit Summit with AIMA and Infrastructure Summit organised with Mubadala. These additions aim to broaden discussions on finance's evolving landscape.
