Adahi Project Conducts Operational Trial To Ensure Hajj Readiness And Compliance
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Project for the Utilization of Hady and Adahi (Adahi) recently conducted a trial involving the slaughter of 9,600 sheep. This exercise took place across all designated slaughter complexes as part of preparations for this year's Hajj season. The aim was to ensure technical and operational readiness, meeting both religious and health standards.
The trial assessed the efficiency of operational procedures and measured performance speed during various stages of slaughtering. It also evaluated the readiness of the Plus Freezing Monitoring System. Unified protocols for sterilization and food safety were implemented in all project slaughterhouses.

Project Supervisor General Saad Al-Wabel highlighted that this trial is part of a comprehensive plan to enhance operational efficiency. It aims to identify areas needing improvement before the actual ritual begins. He stressed that every technical and logistical detail was covered to ensure safe food products that meet religious and veterinary standards.
Al-Wabel stated that the project invests in developing human and technical capabilities by adopting international best practices in slaughtering, cooling, packaging, and distribution. These efforts aim to ensure smooth execution of the ritual while enhancing satisfaction among pilgrims and beneficiaries.
Specialized teams will analyze the trial results thoroughly to refine execution procedures in line with the project's commitment. This reflects the Kingdom's dedication to caring for pilgrims, showcasing high organizational quality and overall readiness.
The trial serves as an integral part of preparations for Hajj, ensuring that all systems are efficient and ready for large-scale operations. By focusing on both technical aspects and service quality, the project aims to deliver exemplary services during this significant religious event.
