ACRES Real Estate Exhibition To Illuminate Dubai This May With Global Opportunities

Dubai is gearing up to host the prestigious ACRES Real Estate Exhibition, scheduled from 16th to 19th May at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This event, launched in strategic partnership with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), and sponsored by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, is poised to be a significant occasion in the real estate sector. ACRES aims to bolster the development and investment efforts of real estate companies both within the UAE and internationally.

The exhibition is a prime opportunity for property developers and investors to display and promote their projects on both a domestic and international stage. It reflects the ongoing growth and revitalization in Dubai and across the UAE, spotlighting supportive government policies and initiatives that are attracting increased investment. Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Organising Committee of ACRES Dubai, emphasized the event's role in presenting significant real estate opportunities in the UAE to a global audience. The event is expected to build on the momentum in the UAE's real estate markets, which have seen remarkable progress with transactions reaching approximately AED765.1 billion nationwide by the end of 2023.

ACRES Dubai 2024 will feature an extensive programme of training sessions, workshops, seminars, and panel discussions. The exhibition welcomes visitors from 10 am to 8 pm daily, with an exception on Friday when doors open from 3 pm to 9 pm.
