ACRES 2026 Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition Showcases 200+ Projects And 120+ Exhibitors
Sharjah is preparing for Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition ACRES 2026, which will showcase more than 200 property projects from leading development and investment companies across the UAE. The event will run from 21st to 24th January at Expo Centre Sharjah, with over 120 exhibitors expected to present residential, commercial and industrial offerings.
Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, the exhibition is organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department. Senior representatives from government bodies, private firms, media outlets and academic partners attended the announcement at the Sharjah Chamber’s headquarters.

ACRES is described as the UAE’s largest real estate exhibition, occupying more than 10,000 square metres and attracting over 15,000 visitors each year. Participating companies will highlight new launches, completed projects and developments under construction, alongside exclusive offers, flexible payment arrangements and financing options designed for different investor segments.
Officials reported strong indicators for Sharjah’s real estate market ahead of ACRES 2026. Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, said the sector showed notable momentum in the first nine months of 2025, when cash transactions in Sharjah reached AED44.3 billion and sales deals surpassed 24,000, reflecting growth of more than 58.3 percent.

Looking back at performance, Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the ACRES Organising Committee, noted that the 2025 edition registered transactions worth AED4.3 billion. This represented an increase of more than 207 percent compared with the 2024 event, highlighting the exhibition’s role as a platform for active property trading and investment discussions.
From an institutional perspective, Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said the exhibition reflects the Chamber’s continued support for real estate as a central contributor to economic activity. Al Awadi stated that Sharjah’s property market continues to experience balanced expansion and varied investment prospects, helped by higher levels of investor confidence.
Knowledge agenda at ACRES 2026 and Sharjah real estate focus
ACRES 2026 will not only host property showcases but will also present a wide knowledge programme. The agenda will feature panel discussions and professional sessions on market trends, investment basics, legal and regulatory frameworks, and the use of artificial intelligence and blockchain applications within real estate activities across the UAE.
The exhibition is supported by several government entities and strategic partners, underlining institutional backing for Sharjah’s property sector. Extensive media coverage will be provided by the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, while Expo Centre Sharjah will host developers, investors and specialists, creating a platform for networking, information exchange and real estate agreements between 21st and 24th January.
