The Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) recently highlighted its advancements in artificial intelligence at the Microsoft AI Tour in Dubai on 6th February 2025. The event showcased Abu Dhabi's innovative TAMM platform, which is revolutionising public services through AI. TAMM, an AI-driven platform for government services in Abu Dhabi, utilises Microsoft's cutting-edge technologies like Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Azure. These tools help streamline operations and provide personalised services to citizens, residents, visitors, and businesses. Dynamics 365 enhances operational efficiency, while Power BI converts complex data into actionable insights for better decision-making.

Microsoft Azure provides TAMM with robust scalability, security, and reliability. This combination of technologies allows TAMM to offer over 950 services with continuous availability. This strategy aims to create the first AI-native government globally by focusing on proactive and data-driven governance.
