Abu Dhabi University Introduces AI-Enhanced Teaching Certificates For Educational Innovation

Abu Dhabi University (ADU) has recently unveiled two new professional development certificates aimed at enhancing the teaching capabilities of its faculty. The certificates, offered through ADU's SMART Learning Centre, are titled "Art and Science of Teaching Professional Development Certificate" and "AI-Enhanced Teaching and Learning Certificate." These initiatives underscore ADU's commitment to educational excellence and represent a significant step forward in refining the university's teaching methodologies to improve the student learning experience.

The AI-Enhanced Teaching and Learning Certificate is specifically designed for faculty members from ADU and Liwa College. This program is at the forefront of educational innovation, preparing educators to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their teaching practices effectively. Dr. Hamad Odhabi, Vice Chancellor for Financial and Administrative Affairs at ADU, highlighted the significance of the AI-Enhanced Teaching and Learning Certificate.
