Abu Dhabi University (ADU) has made notable progress in the Times Higher Education (THE) Arab University Rankings 2026. It advanced seven spots to secure the 7th position among universities across 18 countries in the Arab region. Within the UAE, ADU is now among the top three universities, having moved up one position from last year.
The rankings this year saw increased competition, with 268 institutions evaluated compared to 238 last year. Despite this, ADU maintained its upward trend, solidifying its role as a key player in the UAE’s academic and knowledge economy landscape.
