Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority And Burjeel Holdings Collaborate To Create Job Opportunities For Emiratis
The Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority (ADSSA) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Burjeel Holdings. This agreement aims to expand ADSSA's partnership network and create job opportunities for those benefiting from the Abu Dhabi Social Support Programme. The collaboration focuses on introducing Emirati nationals to employment prospects at Burjeel Holdings, a prominent healthcare provider in the MENA region.
Dr. Bushra Al Mulla, Director-General of ADSSA, and Omran Al Khoori, Board Member at Burjeel Holdings, signed the MoU. It emerged from a successful open day event titled 'Your Career Journey with Burjeel Medical City.' This event offered unique chances for employable family members under ADSSA's programme to discover job openings and participate in interviews at Burjeel Holdings.

Over 120 beneficiaries attended the open day, resulting in more than 15 Emirati men and women securing employment so far. Dr. Al Mulla stated, "This partnership with Burjeel Holdings is an important milestone in our efforts to expand our network of strategic partners. It demonstrates our dedication to creating a sustainable impact on the community in line with the vision of our wise leadership to ensure Emiratis' active participation in the private sector."
Omran Al Khoori highlighted the significance of this collaboration by stating, "This collaboration represents a meaningful opportunity to empower social support program beneficiaries by providing them with job opportunities that enable them to build stable and sustainable lives." The MoU outlines that ADSSA will prepare and nominate eligible beneficiaries for training and employment opportunities provided by Burjeel Holdings.
Burjeel Holdings will offer job positions based on its needs and the skills of the beneficiaries. Additionally, the agreement includes monitoring the performance and professional growth of these individuals. This initiative aims to ensure that Emiratis can actively contribute to the private sector while building stable careers.
The partnership between ADSSA and Burjeel Holdings marks a significant step towards empowering Emirati nationals through meaningful employment opportunities. By fostering cooperation between public support programmes and private sector entities, this initiative seeks to create lasting positive impacts within the community.
