Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Wins Big At Nafis Awards 2023-2024
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has secured three awards during the second cycle of the Nafis Award, highlighting its commitment to fostering Emirati talent and advancing national development goals.
The Nafis Award, part of the 'Projects of the 50' agenda, aims to enhance the competitiveness of Emirati human resources and empower them to occupy jobs in the private sector. Abdullah Nasser Al Nuaimi, an employee in ADIB's Legal Department, won first place in the specialised jobs category.

Shafiqa Mohammed Al-Salami, from ADIB's Compliance Department, placed second in the banking jobs category. Nouf Al-Ali, an employee from the call centre department, secured third position in the retail and customer service jobs category.
ADIB also received the Silver Category Award from Nafis, recognising its exceptional efforts in Emiratisation and its contribution to enhancing the competitiveness and participation of Emiratis in the workforce.

Bushra Al Shehhi, ADIB's Group Chief Human Resources Officer, commented on the achievement: "We take great pride in the esteemed recognition that our colleagues obtained in the second cycle of the Nafis Award.
