Abu Dhabi Investment Office And Sino-International Entrepreneurs Federation Partner To Attract Global Investors

The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) has formed a collaboration with the Sino-International Entrepreneurs Federation (SIEF). This partnership aims to link SIEF's global network of businesses and investors with Abu Dhabi's expanding ecosystem. The announcement was made during Abu Dhabi Finance Week (ADFW 2025), highlighting the emirate as a prime location for long-term capital investments.

William Wang, SIEF's Chief Representative for the Middle East and Africa, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. He stated, "Abu Dhabi's approach, through ADIO, aligns with our network’s requirements for coordinated financial infrastructure, regulatory clarity, and access to sovereign co-investment opportunities that few markets can provide."

ADIO and SIEF Join Forces for Investment

SIEF is a worldwide non-profit organisation that links entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers across various regions including Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Through this collaboration, SIEF will introduce prominent global businesses and institutional investors to explore opportunities in Abu Dhabi.

Badr Al-Olama, Director General of ADIO, highlighted the significance of this partnership. He remarked: "Our partnership with SIEF strengthens Abu Dhabi’s connectivity with high-growth markets at a time when businesses and institutional investors increasingly seek diversity, stability and access to high-growth sectors."

Abu Dhabi offers a strategic location between East and West. It provides businesses and institutional investors access to US$1.8 trillion in sovereign capital. The emirate also features progressive frameworks for new asset classes and alternative investments.

This collaboration aims to position Abu Dhabi as a global gateway for long-term capital. It seeks to establish the emirate as a hub where international investors can advance next-generation business infrastructure in the region.

Pathways for Long-Term Capital

The partnership underscores Abu Dhabi's role as a destination for long-term capital targeting next-generation financial infrastructure. It also focuses on alternative investments and regional growth opportunities.

Al-Olama further added: "Together, we are creating pathways for long-term capital to participate in the development of future industries and a thriving financial ecosystem." This initiative aims to enhance Abu Dhabi’s appeal as an investment destination by fostering connections with high-growth markets.

This strategic alliance between ADIO and SIEF is set to introduce qualified investors to unique opportunities within Abu Dhabi. By doing so, it reinforces the emirate’s position as an attractive investment hub on the global stage.
