Abu Dhabi International Hunting And Equestrian Exhibition 2025 Expands To Include Four New Sectors

The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) has expanded its offerings by introducing four new sectors. These additions include the Arabian Saluki, Camel, Knives, and Souq Sectors. This move aims to diversify the event's appeal and enhance visitor experiences by providing fresh content that aligns with their interests.

Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, ADIHEX 2025 showcases authentic Emirati heritage in falconry, hunting, and equestrianism. The exhibition combines traditional displays with modern innovations across 15 sectors, each highlighting a unique aspect of heritage and progress.

ADIHEX 2025 Introduces Four New Sectors

The Arabian Saluki Sector features a museum dedicated to this breed's role in Emirati hunting culture. Visitors can learn about the Saluki's traits like stamina and intelligence, which have made it a valued companion throughout history. The sector also highlights the diversity of Saluki breeds, including the short-haired Al-Hoss and long-haired Aryash.

The Camel Sector offers an authentic yet modern experience in this cultural domain. Visitors can enjoy live camel beauty contests and skill demonstrations while exploring the latest camel racing products. Local artisans display Emirati crafts, showcasing camel racing's significance as both a heritage pastime and competitive sport.

The Knives Sector presents traditional craftsmanship alongside modern innovation. Exhibitors from various countries display hunting knives ranging from classic to contemporary designs. Visitors can test knives firsthand and view exclusive designs inspired by the UAE desert environment. Interactive workshops on knife-making are also available.

The Souq Sector enhances ADIHEX’s cultural appeal by offering a vibrant shopping destination that blends authenticity with innovation. It features products related to hunting and equestrianism, traditional handicrafts, perfumes, jewellery, artisanal tools, and local cuisine. The Souk supports small businesses by providing exposure to a large audience interested in history and heritage.

A Comprehensive Cultural Showcase

ADIHEX remains a key destination for enthusiasts of falconry, equestrianism, fishing, marine activities, outdoor sports, and camping. It brings together diverse cultures while celebrating traditional and modern practices under one roof. The exhibition continues to present the latest products and innovations globally.

Organised by ADNEC Group in cooperation with the Emirates Falconers’ Club at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, ADIHEX reinforces its status as the largest specialised event of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa. It underscores a commitment to preserving Emirati traditions while elevating them for local and international audiences.

By offering an enhanced interactive visitor experience, ADIHEX reaffirms Abu Dhabi’s role as a global leader in heritage preservation and innovation within hunting and equestrian fields.
