Abu Dhabi Housing Authority Unveils Expression Of Interest Service For Al Ain Housing Projects
The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) is set to introduce the Expression of Interest service for eligible citizens in Al Ain on Friday, October 24, 2025. This initiative is part of ADHA’s ongoing efforts to assist citizens in making informed housing decisions. The service will extend to Abu Dhabi and Al Dhafra in November, initially targeting eligible individuals in Al Ain.
Through the Iskan Abu Dhabi app, ADHA will notify eligible citizens via SMS and in-app alerts. They will have a month to select a project that aligns with their needs. The process involves visiting the service’s main page, reviewing available projects, choosing one, and confirming the selection using UAE Pass for signing necessary documents.

ADHA has announced several new housing projects in Al Ain. The Al Nabbagh Residential Project will feature 2,400 units, expected to be ready by early 2028. Meanwhile, the Al Zahir Residential Project will offer 1,000 units by late 2027. These developments are being executed in partnership with private sector entities.
Additional government housing projects include the Al Amrah Residential Project 1 with 2,350 units slated for completion in early 2029. The Al Amrah Residential Project 2 will provide 3,730 units by mid-2029. The Mazyad Residential Project is set to deliver 1,000 units by mid-2028.
The service caters to citizens who have applied for Housing Construction Loans or Deferred Repayment Housing Construction Loans. It also benefits those eligible for housing grants and residents with residential land but pending loan applications. Beneficiaries can choose from various projects based on eligibility and modify their service type if needed.
ADHA highlighted that changes to a selected project are allowed only once. This encourages careful decision-making as altering choices might lead to losing optimal housing options that suit family needs. Collaboration among eligible relatives is advised for selecting adjacent homes within the same project.
Commitment to Community Development
The Authority reiterated its dedication to enhancing innovative housing solutions that foster integrated communities. The housing projects align with ADHA’s strategy to include developments under construction in Abu Dhabi and Al Dhafra regions. This reflects ADHA’s mission to meet citizen needs and improve quality of life through suitable housing within cohesive social environments.
