Abu Dhabi Grand Prix For Grappling Set To Launch This Saturday At Mubadala Arena
Abu Dhabi will host the first Abu Dhabi Grand Prix for Grappling at Mubadala Arena in Zayed Sports City. Organised by Abu Dhabi Jiu-Jitsu Pro (AJP), this one-day event on Saturday will feature hundreds of athletes from 65 academies across 50 countries. Competitors of various ages and skill levels will participate, highlighting the UAE's inclusive sports culture.
The championship is a significant part of AJP’s annual competition calendar and an important event in regional combat sports. It draws athletes from diverse grappling and ground fighting backgrounds. The official weigh-ins are scheduled for the same day as the competition, ensuring fairness and professionalism according to AJP’s regulations.

This tournament is exclusively for male athletes, with divisions for juniors, amateurs, professionals, and masters.
