Abu Dhabi Government Leadership Forum 2025 Promotes Teamwork Among Senior Officials
The Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) has wrapped up the 7th Abu Dhabi Government Leadership Forum. This event highlighted its dedication to preparing leaders for future challenges. The forum, themed "Leading to Build a Thriving Community," aimed at enhancing leadership connections and promoting teamwork for collective advancement.
More than 100 senior government officials, including undersecretaries and directors-general, participated in the forum. They focused on improving their strategic thinking and ability to tackle complex issues. This gathering emphasized the importance of collective leadership in advancing Abu Dhabi's transformation goals.

Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of DGE, stressed the importance of nurturing future talent. He stated, "Great government starts with great people. Nikki McLeary, a renowned performance scientist, led an experiential approach during the forum. Over 100 senior officials engaged in simulated high-stakes scenarios that tested decision-making and adaptability. McLeary noted the leaders' unity and strength: "Today, we witnessed unity, strength, and adaptability – key qualities of resilient leadership. What stood out was the leaders' ability to step beyond their roles, collaborate effectively, and make agile decisions under challenging conditions. The passion, determination, and commitment demonstrated throughout the forum show that Abu Dhabi’s leadership is not only future-ready but deeply committed to the success of its people."
