The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) will be part of the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition (ADIFE) 2025. This event is scheduled from 21st to 23rd October at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi during Global Food Week. The Chamber aims to empower national small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by enhancing their access to both local and international markets.
The Chamber's involvement aligns with its mission to bolster Abu Dhabi's status as a regional hub for food industries and modern agriculture. This participation also supports the UAE's strategies for food security and sustainable economic growth. Through its pavilion, the Chamber will facilitate connections among entrepreneurs and investors across the food and beverage value chain.

Shamis Al Dhaheri, Second Vice Chairman and Managing Director of ADCCI, stated, "Our presence at this international gathering underscores a firm commitment to empowering Abu Dhabi’s private sector and opening new pathways for trade and investment in agriculture-linked industries; cementing the emirate’s position as a regional centre for innovation and sustainability within the food security ecosystem."
The Chamber plans to host professional meetings and interactive briefings on business development and agri-innovation services. Coordination sessions between public and private stakeholders will also take place to strengthen food supply chains. These efforts aim to explore collaboration on future food security projects.
Al Dhaheri further noted that the Chamber is dedicated to promoting national companies at specialist exhibitions. It seeks to provide platforms that connect them with partners and buyers worldwide. He mentioned that ADIFE 2025 offers a chance to advance agri-innovation, supporting sustainable solutions that enhance food security.
Showcasing Advanced Agricultural Technologies
The Chamber's pavilion will highlight national companies demonstrating advanced agricultural technologies. These include organic farming, hydroponics, sustainable local food production, and digital platforms integrating producers through smart systems. Such initiatives align with the National Food Security Strategy 2051.
Looking forward, Abu Dhabi's food sector is poised for growth, driven by increased domestic production and advancements in agri-tech, food manufacturing, and retail. The UAE aims to solidify its leadership in technology-driven, sustainable food innovation.
Through these efforts, the Chamber supports a resilient food sector ensuring self-sufficiency while anchoring an innovation-led agricultural economy. Its initiatives promote circular economy practices, encouraging sustainable production methods that contribute significantly to national economic competitiveness.
