Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority Secures ILM Accreditation To Enhance Leadership Training Initiatives
The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) has been acknowledged by City & Guilds as an ILM Accredited Centre. This recognition allows ADAA to offer globally recognised leadership, management, and coaching qualifications. These qualifications are valued by employers across various economic sectors. ADAA's role includes safeguarding public resources through audits and promoting integrity and accountability in Abu Dhabi.
ADAA is dedicated to training its staff by collaborating with City & Guilds to introduce Leadership & Management programmes. There are also plans to expand these programmes to other government departments in the future. Mahmoud Salem Al Alawi, Executive Director of the Corporate Support Sector at ADAA, stated, "Through this achievement, ADAA continues to lead by example, ensuring its workforce is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities to meet future challenges and requirements while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and transparency."

City & Guilds has been a trusted advisor worldwide since the 1900s, setting a global benchmark for skills and learning. Today, it operates in over 80 countries, partnering with others to create high-quality products and services. Supporting Economic Opportunities

City & Guilds is eager to work closely with ADAA as they expand their scope and enhance their capabilities. They have exciting plans for collaboration over the coming years to build on this investment in skills development.
