97.7% Of Pilgrims Satisfied With Healthcare Services At Makkah Health Cluster During Hajj 1446 AH

During the Hajj season of 1446 AH, the satisfaction level of pilgrims with healthcare services at Makkah Health Cluster facilities reached 97.7%. This data comes from the Hajj Satisfaction Assessment Platform, which evaluates healthcare experiences in inpatient and emergency departments. The platform gathers feedback directly from pilgrims using QR codes linked to a satisfaction survey.

The Makkah Health Cluster has implemented significant improvements across its facilities at the Holy Sites. These enhancements focus on elevating service quality and patient care. A key initiative was redesigning the Hajj medical journey map to streamline procedures, expedite service access, and remove unnecessary steps. This effort effectively reduced wait times and improved service flow for pilgrims.

High Satisfaction Among Pilgrims at Makkah Health

To ensure accessibility for all pilgrims, the satisfaction survey is available in eight languages. Pilgrims can complete it independently or with assistance from scouts and patient experience staff using handheld tablets. The cluster emphasized that these high satisfaction results are a testament to its strategic efforts led by the Executive Management of Patient Experience.

The Makkah Health Cluster has embraced artificial intelligence and digital health technologies to enhance performance and responsiveness in healthcare delivery. These technological advancements have played a crucial role in improving overall healthcare services for pilgrims during their stay.

Pilgrims received information cards outlining each step of their medical journey, from entry to discharge. These cards provided clarity and facilitated easier navigation through the healthcare process. The cluster's commitment to providing compassionate, comprehensive healthcare aligns with the highest standards of quality and institutional excellence.

The Makkah Health Cluster remains dedicated to ensuring that pilgrims receive top-notch healthcare services during their spiritual journey. By continuously enhancing service quality and leveraging technology, they aim to maintain high levels of satisfaction among pilgrims visiting the Holy Sites.
