Across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, skies lit up with fireworks as the nation marked its 94th National Day in spectacular fashion. The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) orchestrated these dazzling displays, ensuring that various regions, from Riyadh to Jeddah and beyond, participated in the festivities.
In the capital city of Riyadh, the show at Umm Ajlan Park captivated onlookers for seven minutes starting at 9 pm on Sunday. Meanwhile, Jeddah's residents gathered at the Jeddah Promenade, and in Al-Khobar, viewers found a spot near the northern Khobar Corniche. This celebration wasn't limited to these cities; numerous other locations across the country, including Buraidah, Tabuk, and Madinah, hosted their own fireworks shows, bringing the nation together in a unified display of joy and patriotism.

The Ministry of Interior contributed to the National Day celebrations by launching the "Homeland Glory 3" event, held at the King Saud University Sports Arena in Riyadh. This two-day event, running from 4 pm to 11 pm, was a collaboration with the GEA, showcasing a mix of military prowess and cultural reflections.

A highlight was the "Banner and Vision" performance, depicting the Kingdom's storied past, its strides in security, and its path of progress. Additionally, the "Security and History Dialogue" sessions provided a platform for historians and experts to delve into significant moments and shifts that have shaped the nation's security landscape. The event also featured interactive military scenarios and exhibitions, offering insights into the Ministry of Interior's development and its contributions to the nation's security apparatus.
In a show of community spirit and national pride, a bicycle parade took to the streets of Yanbu with 130 cyclists brandishing the national flag. This event, led by Yanbu Governor Saad bin Marzouq Al-Suhaimi, underscored the sense of loyalty and belonging among the participants. Starting from the Royal Commission in Yanbu Industrial City and concluding in the Yanbu Historic District, the parade was a testament to the collective joy and pride felt by Saudis on this significant day.

Jeddah also played host to a National Day celebration, organized by the Royal Guard Presidency. Major General Suleiman bin Fahd Al-Hudhaili welcomed attendees to an event filled with musical performances, a motorcycle parade, and an Honor Guard show. The festivities began with the national anthem and included the recitation of Quranic verses, showcasing the deep spiritual and cultural roots of the Saudi people. An operetta and several films added to the ambiance, celebrating the nation's history and the unity of its people.
Broadcasting the nationwide celebrations, Saudia Channel and Saudia Alaan provided live coverage, allowing those unable to attend in person a chance to partake in the joyous occasions. This year's National Day celebrations highlighted the Kingdom's rich history, its advancements in security and governance, and the unbreakable spirit of its people.
