7X Unveils Expansion Plans To Strengthen Global Network And Enhance Services
7X, formerly known as Emirates Post Group, has unveiled significant expansion plans as part of its new strategy introduced earlier this year. These plans aim to bolster its diverse portfolio and enhance both domestic and global reach.
Emirates Post, the postal division of 7X and the UAE's official postal services provider, intends to optimise its retail network. New centres will be strategically located within a five-minute drive from customers. Currently, Emirates Post operates the UAE's most extensive retail network for postal and community services. It plans to add new service centres to its existing 85 branches and two mall kiosks, tailoring these centres to meet community needs.

The UAE's membership in the Universal Postal Union (UPU), represented by 7X, grants access to a global postal network spanning 192 countries. This membership facilitates international postal services and enhances global connectivity.
EMX, the Courier, Express and Parcel (CEP) arm of 7X, offers extensive service capabilities across the UAE. It aims to expand its reach to new destinations with a rapidly growing fleet of over 600 vehicles and more than 600 couriers. EMX operates one primary airport hub at Dubai Airport and handles shipments from Abu Dhabi and Sharjah airports, along with ten delivery centres.
The CEP provider recently signed several key agreements with consulates, government service centres, banks, and eCommerce providers across the UAE. These agreements showcase EMX's ability to provide bespoke delivery and digital logistics solutions to corporate customers.
Global Financial Services
FINTX, the financial arm of 7X, includes Wall Street Exchange (WSE) and Instant Cash. WSE operates 33 branches across the UAE, offering greater convenience to customers. Instant Cash is rapidly gaining recognition as one of the fastest-growing global money transfer entities in the GCC region. It has a global network of more than 145 agent partners spanning over 90 countries.
Innovative Document Solutions
The Electronic Documents Centre (EDC), a leading integrator under 7X, offers seamless and flexible working models. EDC empowers over 90 clients across ten countries and eleven industries to meet their transformation goals.
A key aspect of EDC's offerings is its ability to provide tailored solutions that cater to diverse industry needs. This flexibility ensures that clients can achieve their objectives efficiently.
Commitment to Customer Convenience
Abdulla Mohammed Alashram, Group CEO of 7X, stated: "By adding new service centres and branches, extending operating hours, and strengthening our regional and international partnerships, we aim to provide unparalleled convenience to our customers." He also highlighted that "7X has rolled out over 700 PUDOs with an ambitious goal of increasing these pick-up and drop-off locations to 1,000 by the end of 2024."
This commitment underscores 7X's dedication to enhancing customer accessibility and efficiency through strategic expansions and partnerships.
