70% Of Exhibition Space For IDEX And NAVDEX 2027 Already Pre-Booked, Says Spokesperson
The International Defence Exhibition (IDEX) and the Naval Defence and Maritime Security Exhibition (NAVDEX) 2025 have already seen 70% of their exhibition space for the 2027 edition pre-booked. These events are scheduled from 21 to 25 January 2027. This early interest highlights the growing importance of these exhibitions in defence innovation and strategic partnerships globally.
Organised by ADNEC Group with the UAE Ministry of Defence and Tawazun Council, IDEX and NAVDEX have gained international recognition. Participants, visitors, senior leaders, decision-makers, and industry experts in the defence sector have praised these exhibitions for their significance and impact.

Nasser Al Muhairi, spokesperson for IDEX and NAVDEX 2025, stated that the recent event set records in participation and deal values over five days. He noted that this achievement underscores the UAE's leadership in the global defence sector. The increasing involvement of international defence companies further reflects this leadership.
Al Muhairi emphasised the crucial role played by Emirati professionals in ensuring the success of these major exhibitions. Their efforts were pivotal in delivering an exceptional experience that showcases the UAE's prowess in hosting large-scale events.
The advanced infrastructure of Abu Dhabi was instrumental in hosting these events at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The venue provided state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces, along with a waterfront display area for showcasing warships and maritime equipment.
The exhibitions not only highlighted technological advancements but also facilitated international partnerships. This aligns with the UAE's strategic goals to strengthen its position as a leader in global defence collaborations.
