A significant project by the Insurance Authority is featured on Istitlaa. Titled 'Amendment to Article 84 of the Health Insurance Law’s Executive Regulations,’ it aims to stabilise and expand the insurance sector while ensuring financial stability. The public can provide their feedback on this initiative until a specified date.

The General Entertainment Authority has proposed two projects on Istitlaa. These are 'Amusement Park License Requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’ and 'Entertainment Center License Requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.’ Both aim to regulate entertainment activities, improve related capabilities, and ensure high-quality experiences. Feedback is open until a designated deadline.

Engineering Consulting Framework

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing seeks input on a new regulatory framework called 'Initiative to Update the Classification Mechanism of Engineering Consulting Offices and Companies.’ This project updates violation classifications and defines penalties for breaches under the Contractors Classification Law. Public consultation will remain open until a specified date.

Civil Status Law Amendment

The Ministry of Interior Civil Status Agency is inviting feedback on amending Article 52 of the Civil Status Law. This amendment aims to enhance regulations for reporting death cases, improving system inclusiveness. The public can provide their opinions until a set deadline.

Istitlaa's introduction of draft regulations and similar projects highlights increased transparency in legislative processes. It promotes public participation by allowing citizens, government agencies, and private sectors to share insights on proposed business environment regulations.
