The second proposal, ‘Draft Regulations for Advertising Support Services,’ aims to establish standards for domestic workers advertising content. Public feedback is open until a specified date.
Promoting Transparency Through Public Participation
Istitlaa's introduction of draft regulations and similar projects highlights increased transparency in legislation. It encourages public participation by allowing citizens, government agencies, and private sectors to provide insights on proposed business environment regulations.
This approach fosters a collaborative atmosphere where diverse perspectives contribute to shaping effective policies in Saudi Arabia's evolving landscape.
