39 Projects Available For Public Feedback Via Istitlaa Consultation Platform In Saudi Arabia
The National Competitiveness Center (NCC) has introduced 39 projects on its Public Consultation Platform, Istitlaa. These projects, related to economic and development matters, are in collaboration with 12 government bodies. The NCC invites feedback from the public, government entities, and the private sector before these projects receive approval.
The Transport General Authority has proposed two significant projects on Istitlaa. The first is the 'Executive Regulation for Delivery Service Activities,' which ensures compliance with the Road Transport System. The second project, 'Executive Regulation for Goods Transport Activities Using Mechanical Bicycles for Commercial Purposes,' aims to enhance efficiency and organize transport activities. Feedback on these projects is open until specific dates via the platform.

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture is also seeking public input on a new regulatory framework called the 'Agricultural Records Guide.' This initiative aims to provide certificates that allow beneficiaries or agricultural investors to access services offered by the ministry and related entities. Public consultation for this project will remain open until a specified date.
Water Services Guidelines Under Review
The Saudi Water Authority has introduced a new regulatory framework titled 'Guidelines for Water and Wastewater Service Provisions.' This project seeks to clarify the rights and responsibilities of water service providers and customers. Public feedback is welcomed until a designated date through Istitlaa.
Health Sector Regulations Update
The Ministry of Health is inviting public feedback on a project titled ‘Amending the Executive Regulations of the Private Health Institutions System.’ This initiative aims to update requirements for private health facilities. Feedback will be accepted until a specified date via Istitlaa.
By introducing draft regulations and similar projects through Istitlaa, transparency in legislative processes is enhanced. This platform encourages public participation by allowing citizens, government agencies, and private sectors to share insights on proposed business environment regulations.
