Public Consultation Invites Feedback On 21 Projects Via Istitlaa Platform
The National Competitiveness Center (NCC) has introduced 21 projects on its Public Consultation Platform, Istitlaa. These initiatives, developed with 15 government bodies, invite feedback from the public, government, and private sector before approval. This approach aims to enhance transparency and encourage public involvement in shaping regulations.
The Real Estate General Authority is seeking public input on a project titled ‘Regulatory Bylaw on Real Estate Marketing and Advertising.’ This initiative intends to regulate real estate marketing activities and advertising practices. Feedback from the public will be accepted until a specified date, allowing stakeholders to voice their opinions on the proposed regulations.

A significant project by the National Cybersecurity Authority is also available for consultation on Istitlaa. Named ‘National Standard of Cryptography for Saudi Root and Digital Certificate Authorities,’ it aims to secure certificate authorities' operations. The project seeks to boost cybersecurity capabilities and resilience against threats at a national level. Public comments are welcomed until a designated deadline.
Health Insurance Coverage
The Council of Health Insurance has presented a project titled ‘Employers' Commitment to Insurance Coverage Policy’ on the Istitlaa platform. This proposal ensures that all employees and their dependents receive health insurance coverage as per existing Kingdom regulations. Stakeholders can provide feedback until an announced date, ensuring comprehensive input from various sectors.
By introducing draft regulations and bylaws through Istitlaa, the NCC underscores its commitment to transparency in legislative processes. This platform not only promotes openness but also encourages active participation from citizens, government entities, and private businesses in shaping business-related regulations.
