ACT Secures Silver Stevie Award For Excellence In Customer Service Outsourcing

This accolade, in the Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year category, was presented at the 18th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The ceremony, a gathering of over 400 professionals from across the globe, took place at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Friday, April 12.

The Stevie Awards are recognized globally as the premier honors for professionals in customer service, contact center, business development, and sales. Organizing nine of the world's leading business awards programs, including the American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®, the Stevie Awards spotlight excellence across various industries.

The competition this year was intense, with more than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes across 44 nations and territories. Winners were selected based on the average scores from over 200 professionals worldwide serving on seven specialized judging committees. The awards considered entries in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, alongside more than 60 categories for sales and business development.
