Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council has congratulated Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, and Manchester City on the historic Premier League title.

Taking to social media he wrote: "I congratulate my brother, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, on Manchester City’s victory in the English Premier League title for the fourth time in a row."
