Urvashi Rautela Leverages AI-Generated Rishabh Pant Edit For 'Ghuspaithiya' Promotion
Urvashi Rautela recently hinted at Rishabh Pant on her Instagram amid the release of her new film 'Ghuspaithiya'. The Bollywood star shared an AI-generated video, cleverly placing it among her Instagram Stories to promote her latest movie.
The video features Urvashi Rautela mimicking Rishabh Pant's reverse scoop shot against Ireland's Barry McCarthy during the T20 World Cup 2024. Pant, a 26-year-old wicketkeeper-batter, executed the shot to secure India's first win in the tournament with a six.
Pant and Urvashi were first linked romantically in 2018. They were reportedly seen dining together in Mumbai, which sparked dating rumours. However, they soon blocked each other on social media. In 2019, Pant ended all speculation by posting a holiday picture with his girlfriend Isha Negi.
In 2022, after Pant's near-fatal car accident, Urvashi referred to him as 'India's pride' and wished him a speedy recovery.
Pant returned to professional cricket after a 14-month injury break with IPL 2024. He performed well and was selected for India's T20 World Cup 2024 squad. He played in all eight matches and emerged as a world champion.
He also made his ODI comeback for India in the third and final ODI against Sri Lanka on Wednesday. Pant is now aiming for a return to Test cricket with the upcoming home series against Bangladesh in September.
