This victory was especially sweet as RCB had a rocky start to the season, winning only one of their initial games. Their win against CSK marks their sixth consecutive victory, demonstrating a strong finish to the league stage.

The path to the final for RCB, however, remains challenging. They are set to face the third-placed team in the Eliminator match, where they will play either SRH or RR.

But the RCB fans were seen holding no bars in their celebration. They celebrated on the road, dancing in sheer joy after the brilliant victory. Fans were on the road for the entire night and the Kohli, Kohli chants were reverberating across Cubbon Park. The streets of Indiranagar, Koramangala were also filled up with joyous RCB supporters.

Meanwhile, KKR has already secured the top spot and will compete in the first playoff game. Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals are still in contention for second place, leaving the final matchups undecided until the end of the league matches. The IPL 2024 final is eagerly anticipated, scheduled for Sunday, May 26.

This win is a testament to RCB's perseverance and ability to turn their fortunes around. From a slow start to securing a playoff berth, the team has shown incredible determination and skill.

But this is not the end of the road as RCB will be hoping to carry the momentum towards winning their first silverware.
