Rarh Tigers Clinch Victory Against Harbour Diamonds In Bengal Pro T20

Shrachi Rarh Tigers showcased a dominant all-round performance to defeat Harbour Diamonds by 23 runs in the Bengal Pro T20 League at Eden Gardens on Thursday.

The standout players for Rarh Tigers were Arindam Ghosh, who scored an unbeaten 54, skipper Shahbaz Ahmed with 30 runs and figures of 2-17, Arnab Nandi with 2-21, and Suman Das with 2-22. Batting first, Shrachi Rarh Tigers set a target of 141/7 in their allotted 20 overs.

During his 46-ball innings, Arindam hit five boundaries and one six. Shahbaz contributed with two fours and two sixes. For Harbour Diamonds, Md Kaif was the pick of the bowlers, taking 3 wickets for 17 runs.

In response, Harbour Diamonds could only manage 118/7 in their 20 overs. Sayan Sekhar Mondal's valiant effort of a 45-ball 51 was not enough to secure a win for his team, marking their second consecutive defeat.

The Rarh Tigers will next face Siliguri Strikers on Saturday (June 15), while Harbour Diamonds will compete against Murshidabad Kings on the same day.
